JLL was selected by Dobco, Inc. as exclusive leasing agent for One Geoffrey Way in Wayne, NJ. The firm will provide a full range of marketing and leasing services for the Class A, 675,000-square-foot, headquarters-quality complex. JLL Executive Managing Director Frank D. Recine, Executive Vice President Christopher DeLorenzo and Senior Vice President Brendan McBride will work closely with the Dobco, Inc. to reposition the asset as a multitenant, mixed use development project, that will include Class A office, flex and retail space.

The new construction of final Phase III is slated for completion and occupancy by Fresenius Medical Care Q2 2021.
