​PROPERTY MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
Silbert Realty & Management Co. is seeking a maintenance technician with a minimum of 2 years experience working in a commercial / retail building environment.
Reporting to our Maintenance Dept. Supervisor, responsibilities include ability to perform light plumbing, electrical, as well as carpentry, painting, dry-wall repair and exterior maintenance such as power washing and snow removal;
Must be available to handle on-call emergency services on an as-needed basis;
Required experience:
Building Maintenance & Repair: min. 2 years exp.
Must have a valid NJ driver license

Retail Leasing Specialist

Silbert Realty & Management Company Inc. (SRM) is seeking an enthusiastic, experienced, energetic individual within commercial real estate leasing and disposition to join our highly accomplished and respected brokerage team. The candidate should have a minimum of three years of commercial brokerage knowledge and be a licensed real estate salesman or broker within the State of New Jersey. SRM represents landlords in marketing commercial real estate for both sale and lease as well as national retailers and companies in their pursuit of growth, entailing analysis of existing stores and real estate markets.
REQUIREMENTS:
- An active New Jersey Real Estate Salesperson License is required;
- A Minimum 3 year experience in commercial real estate;
- General computer skills (Word, Excel and other Microsoft Office products);
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, self-starter and ability to work independently;
- Reliable transportation;
- Background check and references required;
- Bachelor's Degree;
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify potentially suitable companies and tenants to lease space within new construction and existing properties, as well as lease, sell outparcels;
- Administrate, negotiate and manage specific companies accounts/requirements working with Sr Level Brokers;
- Use of market knowledge in providing and implementing a leasing strategy that outlines targeted uses within Shopping Centers and other commercial properties;
- Canvas the specific markets for prospects regarding company assigned properties by telephone, cold calling, and in-person follow up of direct mail solicitations and while working with marketing department and Sr. Level Brokers;
- Identify and qualify potential tenants to lease within our portfolio and as applicable to disposition;
- Initiate, negotiate and consummate leases with tenants for space at our Shopping Centers or outparcels. Identify and track exclusions and prohibitions;
- Work closely with the brokerage community to elicit their involvement in the marketing of assigned listings;
- Prepare leasing proposals and negotiate terms with prospects;
- Draft and prepare Letters of Intent working cooperatively with SR VP of Retail Brokerage;
- A more detailed list of team responsibilities will be provided pending an interview.
COMPENSATION:
Opportunity is largely commission based and includes a compensation/benefits plan including but not limited to draw/bonus and pending experience.
