Within Washington Township’s 106,000 SF Shop Rite anchored development, on behalf of owner, Larken Associates, Silbert Realty & Management Company, Inc. is pleased to announce that Joel Tomlinson, Assistant Vice President – Retail Services, has successfully leased 2,000 square feet to Jersey Mike’s Subs at The Village Shoppes at Hawk Pointe — a 106,000-square-foot, three-building ShopRite anchored mixed-use center and Washington Township’s largest mixed-use development.

The Village Shoppes at Hawk Pointe is the dominant shopping center within the region and strategically located along State Highway Route 31, the primary commuter highway connecting Warren County to Hunterdon County and northern New Jersey. Jersey Mike’s will join a strong and diverse tenant mix including Edward Jones, Visions Federal Credit Union, an upscale nail salon, and several other service-oriented businesses that serve both the adjacent Hawke Pointe residential community and daily commuter traffic.
“This is a great win for both Jersey Mike’s and Hawk Pointe,” said Joel Tomlinson long time leasing agent of Silbert Realty & Management Company. “Jersey Mike’s is the kind of brand that resonates strongly with both daily commuters and local residents — it’s fast, high quality, and community-focused. Jersey Mikes’ decision to open a location at Hawk Pointe speaks volumes about the strength of this center, the value of being adjacent ShopRite, and the growth happening throughout Warren County. As the largest mixed-use development within the area, Hawk Pointe continues to draw in top-tier national and regional brands who see the opportunity in this corridor. We're proud to bring a proven performer like Jersey Mike’s to the table, and even more excited for what’s still to come.”
The new Jersey Mike’s is slated to open in early 2026 and will offer both dine-in and takeout options, complementing the convenient retail and professional services already available at the center.
