The conclusion of May has brought exciting news within SRM’s managed apartment portfolio. According to Lori Griffith, Director of Residential Services, SRM’s managed, residential portfolio has reached a new benchmark of 100% leased across their entire portfolio. Notwithstanding the pandemic, this is a reflection of Sibert’s ability to step up and achieve results in uncertain times. Creating a success for its landlords across the portfolio, the company represents as a third party, provider of leasing and property management services, and while demonstrating the comfort level of valued existing apartment residents.
Since January, SRM undertook a focused effort to rebound from the tumultuous marketplace. After only 5 months, the entire portfolio consisting of nine communities is completely rented. A testament to the affective advertising agenda in place and the talented / experienced Leasing team and colleagues, Market rents have been pushed to pre-Covid levels, as well.
SRM has a proven track record for leasing and maintaining commercial mixed use and multi-family projects since 1986!
