The three-level redevelopment comprises 53 apartments and 4,800 sf of prime ground-level retail/professional space. According to retail leasing agent Christian Harrington, the well-designed commercial space is divisible and suitable for various retail service type businesses, cafe and bakery use, and professional offices, affording excellent visibility and access including onsite parking.
Birch Glen, Piscataway, located ideally between Route 28 and Exit 8 of I-287, is a fully leased 39-unit garden-style apartment community affording residents immediate access to one of the largest community roads in the state while also affording residents of Birch Glen a small independent community feel. According to Lori Griffith, "We are excited to take over property management responsibilities for this leased community and operate the apartments as a first-class asset for ownership."
