Silbert Realty & Management Company (SRM) participated in ICSC Las Vegas 2025, the retail real estate industry’s flagship international convention, which brought together approximately 18,000 professionals for three days of high-impact deal-making, networking, and thought leadership. Representing SRM were Brian S. Silbert, President & CEO and David Greenman, Senior Vice President of Retail Services, both of whom engaged with top industry leaders to assess trends and forge strategic partnerships amid an evolving retail landscape.

"Retail today is about more than just square footage leased, it's about creating desirable environments that foster community and connection," said Brian S. Silbert. “This year’s ICSC reinforced that well-conceived redevelopment and curated tenant mixes are driving performance.” With leasing activity robust within select service retail and hospitality despite economic uncertainty, SRM is poised to capitalize on strong demand and limited supply through its deep market knowledge and active involvement in value-add opportunities with redevelopment projects within Jersey City, Morristown, Somerville, Westfield, Berkeley Heights and other submarkets.
Veteran of retail brokerage, David Greenman echoed the optimism surrounding the sector, emphasizing the strategic nature of current site selection and the increasing focus on experiential and necessity-based retail. “Retailers are reoptimizing portfolios, and landlords are in the driver’s seat,” Greenman said. “We had meaningful conversations with brands targeting long-term growth and innovative ways to connect with today’s consumer.” With global expansion back in focus and capital moving cautiously but steadily into the retail space, SRM returns from ICSC Las Vegas 2025 energized and ready to help shape the next generation of retail environments.
