For the first time since 2019, the International Council of Shopping Centers hosted its ICSC New York convention at the Javits Center. For many years, ICSC New York has been highly recognized and attended by some of the nation's fasting growing and largest organizations
along with the largest players within the commercial real estate industry reading as a list of whose who. Silbert Realty & Management Company's presence was prevalent within the center of the convention hall and represented distinguished National Companies throughout the tri-state area, with approximately two million square feet under lease and management according to Brian S. Silbert, firm President and CEO.
As an active member and attendee of ICSC and their events since 1993, Brian Silbert applauded the ICSC committee on the convention's success, stating “bringing retailers, developers, brokers and many valued professionals together for meetings and presentations was certainly a welcome occasion for all attendees.
