Silbert Realty & Management Company, Inc. (SRM), a leading full-service real estate firm specializing in commercial brokerage &  property management, is proud to announce that it has been retained by P&D Partners, L.P. to oversee property management services for a diverse portfolio of retail and commercial properties across six states.

The appointment reflects SRM’s commitment to delivering superior asset performance and operational excellence across their family real estate holdings. SRM's management responsibilities will be led by Michael Schwartz, Managing Director of Commercial Property Management, with strategic oversight from David Marconi, Vice President of Property Management.
