Silbert Realty & Management Company Announces Prominent Retail Leasing Assignment For Proposed Mixed-Use Redevelopment Of Former Cigna Corporation

According to Brian S. Silbert, President and CEO of Silbert Realty & Management Company (“SRM”), the founder of the thirty-seven-year-old firm was recently appointed by SHG Franklin Lakes, LLC  as the exclusive retail marketing and leasing agent for the approximately 96-acre redevelopment, comprising +/- 89 acres within affluent Franklin Lakes and +/- 7 acres within Mahwah, New Jersey, and situated at the signalized intersection of Parsons Pond Road and Wyckoff Avenue. The proposed redevelopment of the former Cigna headquarters promises to favorably transform the landscape with 500 luxury townhomes and apartments, alongside approximately 85,000 square feet of class-A retail space including a proposed specialty grocer. With its longstanding proven track record within Bergen County, SRM is well-positioned to spearhead the commercial leasing efforts for this unique, one-of-a-kind redevelopment, while leveraging its considerable experience and expertise to attract top-tier retailers, service providers, and restaurants.
