The Shoppes at DePiero Farm Borough of Montvale NJ

SRM is pleased to announce its appointment as managing agent for the premier Wegmans anchored Shoppes at DePiero Farm, situated on W. Grand Avenue & Mercedes Drive off exit 172 of the Garden State Parkway and upon completion, will comprise approximately 231,000 SF. The lifestyle portion of the shopping center within Section II are six uniquely designed farm house style architecture, aggregating 66,000 SF with prominent retailers and restaurants opening to include Starbucks, Ulta Beauty, Chipotle, Habit Burger, AT&T and European Wax Center among others.
