The Sparta Planning Board has granted site plan approval for Phase I of the North Village at Sparta, located at 513 Lafayette Road (SR15). Silbert Realty & Management Co Inc. as recently appointed exclusive managing and leasing agent, is actively marketing for pre-lease to national retailers and restaurants, Sparta’s largest mixed use development.
