David Marconi, Vice President- Property Management is extremely pleased to announce the commitment by Elite Properties, Warren New Jersey in awarding our firm the management of two just completed 4 story apartment building complex comprising of 128 units located at 92-94 Burnett Avenue within the Borough of Maplewood, Essex County, New Jersey


Our firm was also appointed as managing and leasing agent for Fanwood Crossing, a three building four story retail and apartment development directly opposite Fanwood Train Station (Transit Village). Upon completion and full build out, this Transit Village will comprise of 80 luxury apartments and approximately 18,500 sf of ground level retail space. Phase I is completed and occupied within the upper floors and existing tenants include; Maras Café & Bakery, Be Craftful, (a children’s toy and walk-in crafting boutique) and Ivy Education learning center. Phase II is projected to be completed Q1 2015. Fanwood Crossing is located at 250-256 South Avenue within the center of the Borough of Fanwood, Union County, New Jersey






Wolfgang’s Steakhouse by Wolfgang Zwiener Coming Soon to New Jersey with its First “Grill” Concept October 7, 2014




Somerville, NJ– Internationally renowned Wolfgang’s Steakhouse by Wolfgang Zwiener announced today that it will be opening its first “grill” concept restaurant at Somerville Town Center this winter, a beautiful mixed-use development by Edgewood Properties in Somerville, New Jersey. Per Peter Zwiener, Managing Partner of Wolfgang’s Steakhouse, “We love the transit village community of Somerville, and knew that the heart of Somerville would be a prime location for our restaurant. After touring downtown Somerville, we quickly understood what developer Jack Morris of Edgewood Properties sees in this inviting town. We believe that many of our New Jersey customers will be thrilled to know that they will be able to enjoy our quality food right here in Somerville, New Jersey.” Jack Morris of Edgewood Properties and Brian Silbert of Silbert Realty & Management Co are honored to welcome Wolfgang’s to its new home at Somerville Town Center. “There couldn’t be a better location than Somerville Town Center in downtown Somerville for this opportunity. We have very high expectations for the revitalization of downtown Somerville and this proves that we can and will continue to attract both national and international businesses such as Starbucks, among many others. Mr. Zwiener explains that the menu for the “grill” concept restaurant will consist of additional items along with the same “great steaks” that makes Wolfgang’s Steakhouse famous.

Wolfgang’s Steakhouse by Wolfgang Zwiener boasts restaurants in some of the most popular locations throughout the world including four in New York City: Park Avenue, Midtown East, Tribeca, and Times Square. Other locations include: Beverly Hills California, Miami Florida, Waikiki Hawaii, and Roppongi Tokyo. In addition to opening this winter in Somerville Town Center, Wolfgang’s Steakhouse by Wolfgang Zwiener is opening locations in Seoul South Korea, Manila Philippines, and adding a second location in Tokyo Japan. Demand for the world famous steakhouse also includes plans for a 2015 spring opening in Osaka Japan.

Jack Morris and the Edgewood Properties team are thrilled for the exposure that Wolfgang’s Steakhouse by Wolfgang Zwiener will bring to downtown Somerville, and the brand new Somerville Town Center development. Somerville Town Center features a combination of luxury residential apartment homes, “The Edge at Main,” above highly desirable retail locations, one of which is already home to Somerville’s first Starbucks.

An update on the grand opening date for Wolfgang’s Steakhouse Grill at Somerville Town Center in Somerville, New Jersey is expected to be released in the near future.
