  Comparing that data with existing retail trade areas to determine the primary markets to penetrate while taking advantage of existing consumer shopping patterns;
  Identifying potential sites through Silbert realty & Management Company, Inc.'s extensive contacts with landlords, developers and brokers whether that site is an existing retail project, an adaptive reuse of a building, or a ground-up opportunity;
  Reviewing, determining and responding to all site submissions from the real estate community.
  Disseminate a full color Strauss Discount Auto specification sheet to area landlords/developers, real estate brokers and municipal consultants including presentation of same at our leasing booth for the New York, Pennsylvania and Las Vegas ICSC functions, along with insertion of Strauss Discount Auto specifications on our web page.
