Understand, identify and locate your typical customer.
Locate existing stores within Silbert Realty & Management Company, Inc.'s specified geographic territory so as to understand current market penetration and pinpoint areas that are currently not being served or are being under-served. Such analysis would entail:
  Studying your existing store data to determine the primary and secondary trade areas for customers;
  Preparing demographics that identify the location of the target customer;
  Comparing that data with existing retail trade areas including competitors, so as to determine the primary markets to penetrate while taking advantage of existing consumer shopping patterns;
  Identifying the most optimal potential sites through Silbert Realty & Management Company, Inc.'s extensive contacts with landlords, developers and brokers whether that site is an existing retail project, an adaptive reuse of a building, or a ground-up opportunity;
  Reviewing, determining and responding to all site submissions from the real estate community.
  Disseminate a full color specification sheet to area landlords/developers, real estate brokers and municipal consultants including presentation of same at the New York, Pennsylvania and Las Vegas ICSC convention, along with insertion of the retailer’s specifications on our web page. Additional market exposure will occur based upon quarterly advertisement in the Star Ledger and Deal Makers and various other trade journal publications...
