We have been most fortunate to have developed a considerable amount of repeat business. Our retailer representation affords companies counsel on penetration into new markets as well as site specific property repositioning and expansion within existing markets. We also provide extensive market research and analysis, demographics studies, advisory services, site selection and lease negotiation, all of which include comparative analysis.
Regarding our award winning property management division, the firm has approximately 2 million square feet under its control.
